2) WHAT THIS SITE IS
Informational only. The Site describes our managed services. It does not provide client portals, user accounts, or e-commerce. Nothing on the Site is professional advice or a binding offer. Service engagements are governed only by a separately executed SOW or master agreement.

3) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By viewing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

4) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and all content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, videos, and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view pages for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, mirror, scrape, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5) ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not: (a) attempt to breach or probe the Site or our systems; (b) interfere with Site operation; (c) use automated means to access or extract data; (d) upload malware; (e) use the Site for unlawful purposes; or (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at one hundred US dollars (US$100).

9) INDEMNITY
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11) CHANGES TO THE SITE AND TERMS

Delaware law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes not subject to mandatory arbitration law.

13) EXPORT AND SANCTIONS
Do not use the Site in violation of US export controls or sanctions.

14) ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY; WAIVER
These Terms are the entire agreement about Site use. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.1
