SCOPE
This Privacy Policy explains how Total SMB, Inc. (“TotalSMB,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://totalsmb.com (the “Site”).
The Site is informational. We do not host user accounts or checkout.

If you are in a US state with “Do Not Sell/Share/Target” rights, you may email admin@totalsmb.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and we will honor applicable choices. Blocking cookies may be necessary to disable ad tech.
(b) Email communications: if we ever send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link provided; transactional or service communications may still be sent.
(c) Access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, and appeal: you may request these where applicable by law (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia). We will verify your request and respond as required.
(d) Authorized agents (CA): allowed per law with proper authorization.
10) CHILDREN
The Site is for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
